Welcome to Seeds for Special Needs Worldwide Store. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any purchase.
1. Terms of Use
Seeds for Special Needs reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page and identified by the date stamp at the top. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Payments
All payments are processed in United States Dollars (USD) and include applicable sales tax. Full payment must be made at checkout before orders are processed or shipped.
Shipping fees and any applicable exchange rates are factored into the final total at checkout. For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any additional import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by local customs or authorities. Customers are encouraged to consult their local customs office if unsure of any applicable charges.
3. Deliveries
Orders are dispatched via a courier service selected by Seeds for Special Needs. Once payment is confirmed, orders will be processed within 1–2 business days, provided items are in stock.
The estimated delivery timeframe is 3 to 7 business days. However, during peak seasons or due to unforeseen delays, delivery may take up to 7 business days. Delivery addresses cannot be changed once the order has been processed.
We strive to ensure secure and careful packaging of all products. However, once the order is handed over to the courier, ownership transfers to the customer. Seeds for Special Needs is not liable for any delays, damages, or losses during transit, nor for issues arising from incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
If no one is available to receive the delivery (and no authority to leave has been provided), your order may be redirected to the nearest post office or courier depot for collection. If Authority to Leave is selected, the parcel will be considered delivered once left at the designated address.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
All sales are considered final unless the item arrives damaged due to an error on our part.
If you receive a damaged item, you must contact us within seven (7) days of receipt. Upon assessment, if the fault is determined to be ours, we will offer a refund or replacement.
We reserve the right to cancel or amend orders in the event of typographical errors, incorrect pricing, or misrepresented product descriptions or images.
Requests for cancellations or refunds outside of the conditions above will be reviewed at our discretion. Approved refunds will exclude original postage and handling fees.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Seeds for Special Needs website—including but not limited to text, graphics, images, videos, blogs, logos, trademarks, layout, and design—is protected under copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Use of our content, whether in part or whole, for commercial or derivative purposes is strictly prohibited without express written permission. If sharing our content on platforms such as Pinterest, Instagram, or Facebook, appropriate credit and a link to our website must be included.
6. Limitation of Liability
Seeds for Special Needs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages—including legal costs—arising from:
- The use or inability to use our website or products
- Delays or errors in order fulfillment
- Loss or damage during shipping
- Breach of these Terms by the user
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies and comply with lawful requests to disclose customer information, especially in relation to any content that violates local, state, or international laws.
